Hey guys!
Ng's been great so far, I'm working on the sketch swap now, which thankfully was extended until tomorrow.

I've completed one of the largest pictures I've done till this date, which was a lot of work. I will not win the contest though, but it was fun making it!

I made a Valentine's image for a random ng user, which was cool!

I'm going to a convention in March, and I'm working on a full suited costume. Anyone going to Megacon?
It's in Orlando, It's going to be so much fun!

The costume's hard as shit to make though, but ahh well.

Well, 2013 has started, and nothing feels different... My time on Ng has been awesome, however, and I don't regret joining.

I was voted Best Newcomer 2012 from the Art forums, which is pretty cool.
I think it was more based on the time I spent on the live chat though, compared to my art.

What else, I got promoted to Town watch, guessin' for my votings, I don't want to level up from my frying pan though, but I'll have to soon.

I 've met a bunch of cool people! It's really cool to talk with a bunch of different artists from around the world, especially when we all have a common interest.

I have a lot on my plate as it is, with my second semester of college starting, I can't find parking anywhere! Is that a common issue around colleges?

Other than that, I'm bringing a skateboard design (Which I can't upload photos of it to the Portal as far as I know), and 2 big digital designs!

--As I currently type--
It's going swell over at my end... except it's windy as heck and there's a tree that touches a wire, and I think it just made a huge explosion, I went outside and saw it ramming against the wire (The blue and red sparks), and went back in just in time for a loud (BBRRRRRTTTTZZZ POOOOORFT). I'm not going back outside.

I've really enjoyed this site so far, I think my art has been taken in very nicely!
It has been so much better compared to the other sites, I feel as the atmosphere is more welcoming as well as targeted towards creativity. (And a little fan art)

Anyway, I am to post news.
The van driving in front of me today on a busy street hit a dog and kept going. I pulled over and waited until (and if) the dog got back up. Luckily he did, and limped away, but started to cross the street again! There was another car, and I moved in front of the car, which made them swerve safely away.
(There were no other cars on the street!)

I followed him to a house where he sat by the porch.

He was afraid of me, and he did not look nice, so I asked the neighbors if they could knock on the door.

They did and the owner came out. He told me his dog was 15 years old. Poor thing had his head drooping down, but his tail was wagging when he saw his owner!
It could have been much worse, I guess, I think his hip was broken.
I still worried, though. I'm going to pass by this weekend to see if he is alright.
